Job Description:
IDfy is looking for an experienced Product Manager who has worked in a start-up/ Fintech.
Experience Range:
4 - 6 years
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E ,and MBA/PGDM
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading two separate sub-teams for developing products for shared services
2. Responsible, along with team members, for comprehensively scoping internal teams needs, reviewing product specs
3. Co-ordinate with tech team leads & senior tech leads to drive timely development of product
4. Prioritizing features / solutions to be developed by building frameworks
5. Responsible for overall product backlog management
6. Co-ordinating with product pods to drive delivery of prioritized use case
7. Co-ordinating effectively with cross-functional leads to communicate team's output
8. Making effective communication decks to help apprise leadership of initiative strategy / status Assume ~35% of time spent involved deeply in each initiative

Candidate Attributes:

1. Preferably has experience building products after intensive consultations with multiple stakeholders.
2. Experience in building customer-facing (B2C) portals will be a plus
3. Experience in defining processes & building process playbooks will be a plus
4. Has managed a team of 2-3 members before
Must have:
1. You keep an open mind toward solutions and don’t treat your ideas as precious
2. You enjoy the challenges surrounding data and building tools that can make it useful
3. You stay on top of the market and strive to have your finger on the pulse on what is happening in the industry
4. You are good at getting to the root of a problem, or an “ask” from stakeholders
5. You can work with junior team members constructively to build a great solution
