Any graduation

Job Responsibilities:

Take care of the guest management process including:
Welcoming guests
Offer tea/coffee/water
Inform the person that they have come to meet about their presence
Ensure guests have a good experience
Direct visitors to appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - take messages if needed
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, form & brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor log book, issue visitor passes)
Ensure booking of meeting rooms when needed
Take care of Management reimbursement claims
Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare vouchers
Assisting the HR & Admin team in filling and other extra activities

Annual Salary Range:

INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000

Hands on experience with office equipments (e.g. fax machine and printers)
