Project & Delivery Manager

Job Description:

The Project & Delivery Manager will manage key client projects/ POC and sprint deliveries. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects/ sprints on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the projects and sprints and also prepare reports for management regarding the status.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to monitor and track progress
• Plan resource availability and allocation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification
techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Highlight & minimize project risks
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

End-to-End Project Management, PRINCE2,

Candidate Attributes:

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work & make decisions independently
• Solid organizational skills including the ability to drive people, attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and agile boards
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering ( Software Preferred)
• MBA/ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
