Job Description:
Intern - Product role is meant to provide an internship experience with a product - led company. The intern will work closely with the product managers across various teams of IDfy and help in building a comprehensive compendium on product vision related to product features, USP, use cases & segments of use. They will work on updating the technical documentation currently available with the latest services & features which have been rolled out. This role will report to a product manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for interacting with internal team members (across product, sales & tech teams) for obtaining knowledge on the various solutions
2. Building a structure to document all product features, USPs, use cases etc.
3. Ideating along with product owners & marketing team the best way to market solutions and documenting them
4. Interfacing with tech & product teams to drive re-structuring & updation of technical documentation
5. Creating suitable storage & access mechanisms for product vision documents

3. Should be detail-oriented problem-solvers who are able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills
4. Should welcome iterative approaches to problem solving while being capable of building general solution frameworks for common problems
5. Should have some understanding of technical aspects (APIs, SDKs etc.) in order to efficiently structure & update technical documentation
