Job Description:
1. Position Title: Analyst – CAE Contract (Interior Systems)
| Must - Expert in Hyperworks, all type of shell & solid meshing. Expert in FEA connectivity and model preparation. Able to do debugging & simulations in LSdyna
| Experience in automotive Interior Knowledge (Instrument Panel / Door Panels / Floor Consoles).
| Proficiency in linear, nonlinear Static, Dynamic & vibration (modal) analysis of automotive products, Report Preparation and Design Solution’s.
| Exposure to Plastic manufacturing, Plastic Domain Knowledge, testing etc will be an added advantage.
| 2. Position Title: Analyst – CAE Contract (Seating Systems)
| Location: Pune
| Minimum Qualifications : B.E./ B. Tech./ M.E. / M. Tech. (Mechanical/Automobile)
| Experience : 3 to 6 year (Min 3 years related (Seating Systems))
| Job Specifications:
| Good in Basic Engg Knowledge
| Must - Expert in ANSA and META, all type of shell & solid meshing. Expert in FEA connectivity and model preparation. Able to do debugging & simulations in LSdyna
Experience Range:
3 - 7 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical ,and M.Tech in AutoMobile , M.Tech in Mechanical
Job Responsibilities:
For Interior_
Desirable – Hypermesh, Able to do debugging & simulations in Pamcrash/Abaqus / Radioss independently.
| Able to post process the analysis results
| Able to prepare FEA reports.
For Seating System_
Desirable – Hypermesh, Able to do debugging & simulations in Pamcrash/Abaqus / Radioss independently.
| Basic FEA Theoretical Knowledge
| Able to post process the analysis results
| Able to prepare FEA reports.
| Worked on Seating Sytems products.
| Should able to work in shifts.
| Very Good in communication (Verbal and Written )
