Senior CAD Engineer - CATIA - IP DP CC

o Concept design, Master section
Here we are looking for experience in design plastic and casting components for automotive displays, Silver box ,IP/DP/CC interior design

and in additional better if know information about connectors used for display ,light guides, PCB components


o Functional drawings
o RPS
o Tolerance stack book
o GD&T (including KC for internal and customer needs)
o Maintain team level SLI and discuss with SPDE for open points
o Customer constraints and specifications.
o Applicable regulations
o Ensure process feasibility of the product design and A-Surfaces
o Ensure overall product “Design for Performance” (including implementation into CAD of inputs with regard to results of simulation, tests and validation to meet performance criteria) with development engineering team, if needed.
o Support the KPC identification. Support DFMEA.
o At the end of a program, make appropriate capitalization documents (Lessons learned, Technical Reports) to feed/improve Design and Development standards and guidelines.

o Responsible for detail product design according to standards and guidelines.
o Translate defined product design performance criteria in CAD data & specifications.
o Masters specific areas of IP, DP or CC of a given technology.
o Understand electronics requirement for product like EMI/EMC,IP Ratings for water and dust ,connectors and wire harness ,thermal considerations (Optional )
