CAE Analyst - Automotive Seating

Job Description:

CAE Pilot : 5 to 8 years of Experience : • Deliver synthetic & efficient reporting (KPIs, results, action plans, issues, alert…) to his management. • Define most appropriate & just necessary FEA inputs/outputs requested by analysis & validation. • Responsible for managing the team of CAE engineers for project execution within the schedule and efforts estimated for programs using HyperWorks , Visual Environment, LS-Dyna and PAMCRASH. • Responsible for Execution of FEA operations using the validated FEA methods. • Corrective & Preventive Action identification and implementation for process performance deviation. • Propose robust design solutions to ensure compliance with PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS by using FEA and expertise in close collaboration with design team. • Support project team to define and check FEA work done by suppliers. • Participate actively and mandatory to key meetings (DPR, DFMEA,…) • Expertise in Automotive Seating System analyses like Seat Belt Anchorage (SBA), Luggage Retention crash test (LR), Frontal Crash, Rear Crash, Head Rest Performance (HRP). • Mentoring and performance evaluation of team members. Sr. CAE Engineer : 4 to 6 years of Experience : • Responsible for Execution of CAE Analysis work autonomously. • Responsible for project execution within the schedule and efforts estimated for programs using HyperWorks and LS-Dyna. • Interaction with the internal customer for requirements clarifications. • Checking of the deliverables prior to delivery to the client. • Guiding of team members to perform the identified tasks. • Exposure to Automotive Seating System analyses like Seat Belt Anchorage (SBA), Luggage Retention crash test (LR), Frontal Crash, Rear Crash, Head Rest Performance (HRP). CAE Engineer : 1 to 4 years of Experience : • Responsible for Execution of CAE FE meshing work autonomously. • Responsible for Execution of CAE FE modeling work with help of Sr. CAE Engineer. • Responsible for FEM project execution within the schedule and efforts estimated for programs using HyperWorks and LS-Dyna. • Exposure to Automotive Seating System analyses like Seat Belt Anchorage (SBA), Luggage Retention crash test (LR), Frontal Crash, Rear Crash, Head Rest Performance (HRP) would be added advantage

Experience Range:

5 - 8 years

Educational Qualifications:

-B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical , -B.Tech/B.E in AutoMobile ,and M.Tech in Mechanical

Skills Required:

LS Dyna , Hypermesh , Automotive Seating , ECER14 , ECER17 , ECER32 , ECER94 , FMVSS225 , FMVSS207 210 , FMVSS208

Candidate Attributes:

- Independently communicate with customers.
- Should be able to work in shifts (1st & 2nd) flexibly.
- Good engineering fundamentals.
