Job Title:

CAD Engineer - UG NX - Seating Plastics

Job Description:

- Engineering design and development experience in Automotive Seating System/Subsystems/Component/vehicle level projects with hands on proficient skill set in UG NX software.
- Study of Inputs from Customer for RFQ and Awarded programs
- Proficient in Part Modeling, Solid & Surface Modeling, 2D Drawing Preparation, Assembly,
- Good experience in GD&T & PLM.
- Strong knowledge and experience in seat Plastics part design, as per the industry standards and Guidelines. knowledge of Sheet metal, Foam Design will be appreciated.
- Should able to communicate with customer independently
- Prepare/Review data release delivery status to Customer/Supplier/STA
- Internal Design & Engineering Reviews
- Basic knowledge of TS 16949 / ISO 14001/EMS

Experience Range:

3 - 5 years

Educational Qualifications:

-B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical

Skills Required:

UG NX , Automotive Seating , Seating Plastics

Candidate Attributes:

• Should have hands on experience in domain of Automotive seating plastics
• Proficient in CAD modelling, skilled for concept 3D creation + 2D drawing understanding with methodology
• To understand and convert customer request into Technical specification & complete the projects according to D&D planning, manufacturing
process, quality and Statement of Work / Assignment.
• Effective team player with good communication skills
