National Collection Manager
Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure the collection targets are met
- Ensure end to end NPA Management & Write off Recovery Mechanism
- Ensure that the NPA's are kept at minimum trigger levels
- Ensure payments, Audit receipts get deposited within the defined SLA
- Ensure all necessary legal actions are complied for resolution and recovery 60Plus, ARC & Write off Portfolio management
- Focused approach to recover from Write off, ARC & 60Plus
- Recruit and manage recovery agencies and set necessary targets and drive
- Ensure allocation of all cases to BCMs within prescribed time frame
- Coordination with legal team to make sure timely legal actions are initiated to maximize recoveries
- Identification and empanelment of agencies as per the suitability of portfolio and customer profile
- Hard bucket / recovery agency management
- Review State Collection Heads to track productivity and account- wise feedback and thereafter necessary action to be taken
- Ensuring actions to trace the skip cases

Experience Range:
15 - 18 years
Educational Qualifications:
-LLB in Law , -B.Com in Commerce ,and MBA/PGDM in Operations

Candidate Attributes:
- In depth experience in handling large collections teams in a National Role spread across geographies
- Should possess sound knowledge of core collections legal and arbitration mechanism
