Regional Collection Manager
Job Location - Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensuring adherence to collection processes in the region, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying and reporting fraudulent practices
• Tracking & controlling the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters
• Review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to our In-house team
• Regular follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team
• Ensure adequate capacity to manage past due accounts and enhance recoveries based on business plans
• Development and enhancement analytics to project, track and deliver optimized financial results in collections, recoveries and expenses
• Handle legal activities in collection i.e. Execution of Arbitration Award, handing all legal activities like Arbitration, EP filing Sec 138 filing and resolving the cases, Sec 9 filing and resolving the cases
• Field Visit & Team Motivation - Market Visit to understand challenges on field taking corrective action/providing required support to ensure high sprit on field & be approachable
• Collection Analysis and keeping track on DRR Vs Daily Movement
Desired Candidate Profile
• Any Graduate/PG with 8 - 12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC
• Specialized Knowledge of Personal loans Collection is a great plus
• Should have handled large volume collections and team
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of collections strategies for effective number management
